剖宫产术后再次妊娠阴道试产的临床探讨

目的探讨疤痕子宫再次妊娠阴道分娩的需具备的条件及注意事项。方法对2002年1月至2007年12月在我我院剖宫产术后再次妊娠者阴道分娩的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果480例剖宫产术后再次妊娠中进行阴道试产140例（29.17%）,试产成功105例,成功率75.00%,分娩后常规检查宫腔,未发生子宫破裂;与同期非瘢痕子宫阴道分娩进行对照分析,出血量、产程、新生儿1minApgar评分、住院时间、新生儿窒息比均无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论剖宫产后再次妊娠阴道试产是安全可行的,但严格掌握适应证和禁忌证,与产妇及其家属沟通、试产期间进行专人监护全程监护。

Pregnancy After Cesarean Section Vaginal Birth Clinical Trial to Explore
