| 摘 要： | 目的研究比较PFNA与DHS治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法选取该院2009年4月—2011年4月70例股骨转子间骨折的患者,按照治疗方法分为PFNA组和DHS组,各35例,观察对比两组治疗效果。结果两组患者的骨折愈合时间、术中出血量、手术时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PFNA与DHS治疗股骨转子间骨折的皆有疗效,但PFNA疗效及安全性更高。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the comparison of PFNA and DHS in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of femur. Methods From April 2009 to April 2011 in our hospital 70 cases of intertrochanteric fracture patients, according to the method of treatment is divided into PFNA group and DHS group, 35 cases in each, were compared between two groups therapeutic effect. Results The two groups of patients with fracture healing time, intraoperative bleeding, operation time is obvious difference（P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion PFNA and DHS in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the femur have effect, but PFNA curative effect and higher safety. |
