曲张大隐静脉平滑肌细胞形态学改变

目的探讨大隐静脉曲张与平滑肌细胞(SMC)形态学改变之间的关系。方法临床术中收集正常及曲张大隐静脉标本,制作石蜡切片进行HE染色观察SMC一般组织学变化;制作超薄切片置透射电镜下观察SMC超微结构变化。结果光镜下曲张大隐静脉内膜增厚,SMC数量增多;中膜增厚,SMC形态异常,排列紊乱;电镜下SMC形态不规则,胞浆中粗面内质网、核糖体和线粒体丰富,肌丝少。结论大隐静脉曲张的发生和发展与SMC细胞形态学改变密不可分。

Morphological changes in the smooth muscle cell of the varicose great saphenous

Objective To investigate the relationship between the varicosis and the smooth muscle cell(SMC) by studying the morphological changes of the SMC in the varicose great saphenous. Methods The varicose great saphenous and the normal great saphenous were obtained from operation, and ultrastructural changes of the veins were observed by transmission electron microscope. The histological changes were observed by hematoxylin eosin with HE stain. Results In HE staining sections, varicose great saphenous demonstrated that the tunica intima was accumulated and the number of SMC was increased. The thickness of tunica media increased, the morphology of SMC was abnormality and disorder of arrangement. Under transmission electron microscope, the SMC of the varicose great saphenous whose quantity in cytoplasmic were rich of rough endoplasmic reticulum, ribosome and mitochondrion, but few myofilament, and its morphology was irregular and disorder arrangement.Conclusion The pathogenesis of the varicose great saphenous is closely associated with the morphological changes of SMC.
