| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建在胫骨平台骨折诊断中的价值。方法22例胫骨平台骨折,使用64层螺旋CT扫描,利用容积重组(VR)、多平面重组(MPR)等方法进行评估。结果容积重组图像可以直观显示骨折表面状况,平台关节面的塌陷范围,碎骨片的空间位置;多平面重组图像可以清晰显示骨折的内部细节,胫骨平台的塌陷程度。结论多层螺旋CT三维重建可以清晰显示胫骨平台骨折部位及细节,平台塌陷范围、程度,以及隐匿骨折,对胫骨平台骨折的诊断具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnostic value of threedimension reconstruction on tibial plateau fracture with multi-slice spiral CT.Methods 22 patients with tibial plateau fractures were scanned by 64-slice spiral CT and evaluated with volume rendering(VR),multi-planar reformatting(MPR).Results VR intuitively showed the surface of fracture,the area of tibial plateau collapse,the location of bone fragments;MPR clearly showed the details of fracture,the degree of tibial plateau collapse.Conclusion Three-dimension reconstruction by multi-slice spiral CT could clearly show the location and the detail of tibial plateau fracture,the degree and area of tibial plateau collapse and the delitescence fracture.It has the important value of diagnosis on tibial plateau fracture. |
