雷公藤多苷联合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗肾炎综合征的临床研究

目的　探讨雷公藤多苷联合小剂量糖皮质激素(TWP PRE)治疗原发性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效和不良反应。方法　将 69例原发性肾小球疾病表现为肾炎综合征,病理除外硬化性肾小球肾炎的患者(增生性肾炎 54例,非增生性肾炎 15例),随机分为TWP PRE组 36例和TWP治疗组 33例,随访 2年,观察治疗前后浮肿、血压、血尿常规和 24h尿蛋白的变化和不良反应。结果　本组资料显示TWP PRE组各项临床和实验室指标的改善较TWP组迅速、总有效率高(P<0 01),药物副作用减少。结论　在病理除外硬化性肾小球肾炎的肾炎综合征患者中,TWP PRE可提高临床疗效,减少药物副作用的发生。

The clinic effect of triptergium wifordii polyglyco-sidum combined with micro-dosage glucocorticoid in treating patients with nephritic syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinic effect and adverse reactions of triptergium wifordii polyglyco sidum (TWP) combined with micro dosage glucocorticoid in treating patients with nephritic syndrome. Methods 69 cases with nephritic syndrome, except sclerosing glomerulonephritis by renal biopsy, were divided into two groups randomly, TWP PRE and TWP were used in two groups respectively. We have compared their clinic effect and adverse reactions after the treatment. Results There were quicker effect and improved laboratory marker and better remission rate in TWP PRE than in TWP( P <0 01),even adverse reactions were reduced. Conclusion In patients with nephritic syndrome excepted sclerosing glomerulonephritis , TWP PRE can improve the clinic effect and reduce the adverse reactions.
