| 摘 要： | 目的探讨特发性无精子症和严重少精子症与DAZ基因的关系及意义.方法应用PCR技术对50例无精子症和严重少精子症患者(其中无精子症38例,严重少精子症12例)的外周血细胞进行DAZ基因检测.结果 50例中发现6例(12%)有DAZ基因微缺失(其中无精子症4例,占8%;严重少精子症2例,占4%);SRY基因PCR扩增均为阳性.50例已有生育的正常男性均无DAZ及SRY的微缺失.结论 DAZ为无精子因子(AZF)的重要候选成分,DAZ微缺失可能是引起无精子和严重少精子并造成男性不育的重要原因之一.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the association betw een DAZ gene and the patients with idiopathic azoospermia and severe oligozoosperm ia. Methods DAZ gene of peripheral blood leukocytes was detected by PCR technique in 38 azoospermia and 12 severe oligozoospermia patients. Results Six patients were found with DAZ microdeletion, including 4 az oospermia(8%) and 2 severe oligozoospermia(4%); SRY region was notfound.DAZ, SRY region was not found in 50 normal men with children. Conc lusion DAZ gene is one of the important candidates for azoospermia fact or(AZF). Microdeletion on DAZ is a major cause of azoospermia and severe oligozo ospermia leading to male infertility. |
