心肌速度梯度评价不同构型高血压患者左室舒张功能

摘    要:目的 探讨心脏左室长轴及短轴方向舒张早期心肌速度梯度(MVGe)评价不同构型高血压患者左室舒张功能的价值。方法 原发性高血压非左室心肌肥厚(NLVH)组30例,左室心肌肥厚(LVH)组30例,正常对照组30例,分别获得左室后壁长轴方向上的MVGell、MVGel2及短轴方向上的MVGer。结果 与对照组相比,NLVH组和LVH组MVGer、MVGell及MVGel2均显著降低(P〈0.001)。LVH组的MVGer、MVGell及MVGel2均显著低于NLVH组(P〈0.01)。结论 心脏左室长轴及短轴方向MVGe可以准确评价不同构型高血压左室舒张功能,为心肌舒张功能评价提供了一个新的量化指标。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the value of peak myocardial velocity gradient in early diastole (MVGe) on both longitudinal and radial axis in evaluating left ventricular diastolic function in hypertension with different patterns of Left Ventricular Geometric Models. Methods 30 patients with NLVH and 30 patients with LVH and 30 normal subjects as control group underwent QTVI study. Parameters such as MVGe of left ventricular posterior wall on both longitudinal and radial axis (MVGel1, MVGel2, MVGer) were measured. Results Compared with control group, NLVH group and LVH group had a significantly decreased MVGel1, MVGel2 and MVGer. Compared with NLVH group, LVH group had a significantly decreased MVGel1, MVGel2 and MVGer. Conclusion MVGe on both longitudinal and radial axis can be used to accurately evaluate left ventricular diastolic function in hypertension with different patterns of Left ventricular geometric models.
