| 摘 要： | 目的应用单光子发射计算机断层核素显像(SPECT)探讨血管性认知障碍无痴呆(VCIND)与局部脑血流量(rCBF)的关系。方法对VCIND患者和对照组进行一般检查、神经功能评定和脑SPECT检查。结果与对照组比较,VCIND组双侧额叶、左侧顶上小叶、左侧丘脑rCBF明显降低(P<0.05);左侧额叶、左侧顶上小叶、左侧丘脑均较右侧rCBF明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 SPECT脑灌注显像对早期发现VCIND患者具有极其重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship of regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF) and vascular cognitive impairment,no dementia(VCIND) by single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT).Methods VCIND patient and the control group underwent laboratory examinations,neuropsychological assessments and brain SPECT perfusion imaging.Results Compared with the control group,the rCBFs in the bilateral frontal lobe,the left superior parietal lobule and left thalamus in the VCIND group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The rCBFs of the left frontal lobe,the left superior parietal lobule and left thalamus were lower than that of the right in the VCIND group(P<0.05).Conclusion The brain SPECT perfusion imaging have important value in early detection of VCIND. |
