丹参防治放射性肺损伤的临床观察

目的观察胸部肿瘤放射治疗期间应用丹参制剂对放射性肺损伤的保护作用.方法属临床实验研究,设计为丹参+放疗(治疗组)及单纯放疗组(对照组),每组50例.结果全部病例随访3～6个月,治疗组放射性肺损伤发生率平均为22.1%,对照组为41.5%,差异具有显著性(P＜0.001).结论放射治疗同期应用丹参减轻或防止了放射性肺损伤.治疗组患者生活质量有显著提高,无明显毒副反应.

A preliminary study of effects of Danshen in preventing and curing pulmonary radio-lesion

Objective To study the effects of Danshin in preventing radio-lesions in pulmonary tumor patients caused by radiotherapies. Methods Clinical case-control trial was employed in which 110 subjects were divided into 2 equal groups, Danshen group (case group) and non-Danshen group (control group). The case group was treated with both radiotherapy and Danshen preparations; while the control group was given only ordinal radiotherapy. Results All of the subjects were followed up for 3 to 6 months. Significant difference (P<0.001) were observed in the occurrence of pulmonary lesions between treatment group (22.1%) and control group (41.5%). And no major reverse effect of Tanshin was found. Conclusions Application of Chinese herb during radiotherapy for pulmonary tumor patients can prevent and cure pulmonary lesions caused by the radiation.
