| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨细胞外基质蛋白1(ECM-1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义.方法 分别采用免疫组化法和Western blot法检测60例手术切除的胃癌组织及癌旁正常组织中ECM-1和VEGF的表达水平.结果 与癌旁正常组织相比,ECM-1和VEGF在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为86.7%和78....
