| 摘 要： | 目的 观察动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)和胰岛素泵皮下持续输注系统(CSII)组成的双C方案应用在难治性糖尿病患者血糖控制中的疗效.方法 将44例血糖波动大、难治性糖尿病患者随机分为双C治疗组和每日多次胰岛素皮下注射(MDI)组.比较2组治疗2周后血糖控制情况、达标时间、胰岛素用量、血糖波动幅度、低血糖发生情况等.结果 ...
