| 摘 要： | 探讨严重烧伤早期时段性血浆心钠素和内皮素含量的变化以及两者关系。方法时段性抽取４０例住院患者烧伤早期血样本进行免疫技术测定。结果烧伤后血浆ＡＮＰ和ＥＴ释放量增加，且呈正相关，与正常比较差异有显著性。

| Abstract: | Objective The dynamic changes of plasma atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) and endothelin(ET) were observed and their relation was analysed during early burn stage. Methods The blood samples were tested by immune technology in defferent burn shock stage of patients. Results The level of plasma ANP and ET was significantly increased compared with nomal level( P< 0 01). There were positive correlations between plasma ET level and plasma ANP level. Its ratio was correlated with the prognosis of burn patients. Conclusion The release of ANP, ET is abnormal during the burn shock stage. Plasma ANP and ET elevate after serious burn and ratio change of ANP/ET may have clinical implication about burn degree and prognosis. |
