| 摘 要： | 目的 检测巨噬细胞表面受体在肝细胞癌中的分布特征.方法 收集14例肝细胞癌患者资料.利用流式细胞仪和免疫组化SP法检测肝脏标本巨噬细胞表面受体CR3和FcR的表达量,了解巨噬细胞表面受体在肝组织中的位置及分布情况.结果 癌组织中巨噬细胞表面受体CR3和FcR表达量明显少于癌旁组织 (P<0.01).CR3和FcR着色于...
