| 摘 要： | 目的 建立一种生物亲和超滤方法解决抗炎活性物质快速筛选的问题.方法 利用生物亲和超滤技术设计以COX2酶为靶酶,在中草药提取物中添加COX2酶抑制剂塞来昔布进行筛选,以格列吡嗪作为对照,结合HPLC-DAD和HPLC-MS技术进行快速分离和检测.结果 成功筛选到目标化合物塞来昔布.结论 亲和超滤与液质联用技术是快速、简...
