彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓形成后的综合评价

目的探讨深静脉血栓形成后下肢继发性病变的声像图特点及其诊断价值.方法应用彩色多普勒超声仪对66例(71条)下肢深静脉血栓的患肢进行检查,观察内容包括皮下软组织回声、骨骼肌组织回声、交通支、浅静脉和小腿深静脉丛.结果小腿静脉丛血栓34例;大隐静脉血栓17例;浅静脉不同程度扩张64例;皮下软组织裂隙21例;66例均表现肢体肿胀、交通支增宽、骨骼肌回声改变.结论观察深静脉血栓后下肢继发性病变对综合评价患肢的病情、发展与转归有重要的临床意义.

Clinical application of color doppler flow imaging in assessing secondary changes of lower limb deep venous thrombosis

Objective To evaluate clinical value and the ultrasonographic features of color doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in detecting secondary changes of lower limb deep venous thrombosis. Methods 77 veins in 66 patients with lower limb deep venous thrombosis were detected by CDFI. We observed the scale of subcutaneous tissues and muscles, superficial veins,commutative veins and deep venous rete of the leg. Results Ultrasonographic imaging showed 34 cases of deep venous rete thrombosis of leg, 17 cases of great saphenous venous thrombosis, 64 cases of varicosity, 21 cases of subcutaneous tissues fissure, 66 cases of edema of lower extremity and expansion of commutative veins. The scale of muscles were significantly different from those of the normal extremity. Conclusion Observation of secondary changes of lower limb deep venous thrombosis by CDFI has displayed its significant clinical values in assessing the progress of the disease.
