贫困大学生抑郁情绪和自我概念的相关研究

目的探讨贫困大学生抑郁情绪与自我概念的关系。方法采用SCL-90和田纳西自我概念表对498名贫困大学生进行测试,采用t检验、相关分析和回归分析对数据进行分析。结果存在抑郁情绪的贫困大学生自我概念明显低于无抑郁情绪的贫困大学生,贫困大学生抑郁水平与自我概念呈负相关,通过逐步回归表明自我概念各因子对抑郁具有预测作用,社会自我是影响贫困大学生抑郁情绪的最主要因子。结论贫困大学生抑郁情绪与自我概念有关,积极地培养提高贫困大学生的自我概念有利于降低他们的抑郁情绪。

A Study on Correlation between Depressive Emotion and Self-concept of Poor College Students

Objective To explore the relationship between depressive emotion and self-concept of poor college students. Methods By using the Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90 } and the Tennessee Self-concept Scale, 498 poor college students were tested. At the same time, T-test, correlative analysis and regressive analysis are used to analyze the data. Results The depressive poor college students＂ sel~concept is significantly lower than those who haven＇t depressive emotion. So that poor college students＇ depression level is correlated negatively with self-concept. By progressive regression, it indicates that the factors of self-concept have predicative effect on depression. What＇s more, social self is the most important factor respectively to affect poor college students＂ depressive emotion. Conclusion Because the poor college students＂ depressive emotion is related to self-concept, so it is necessary to cultivate and improve actively their self-concept. In this way,it＇s beneficial to lower their depressive emotion.
