Clinical observation of domestic ATG/ALG combined with cyclosporine A in treatment of non severe aplastic anemia

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of domestic ATG/ALG combined with cyclosporine A in treatment of non-severe aplastic anemia.Methods A clinical retrospective study of treatment by domestic ATG/ALG combined with cyclosporine A in patients with non severe aplastic anemia who were more invalid or recurrence by cyclosporine A,androgen and Chinese medicine combination therapy for 6 months in our hospital from Jan 2005 to Oct 2010.Results The total efficiency of ATG/ALG is 61.5%,the average time of response to treatment was（3.5±1.6） months.2 cases fever,2 cases rash and 1 cases serum sickness occurred during the course of treatment.Conclusions Treatment of domestic ATG/ALG combined with cyclosporine A were efficiency to non severe aplastic anemia and mild adverse reactions to patients,and much cheaper than oversea agents,and it was a effective and lower price of potent immunosuppressive agent that therapy non severe aplastic anemia by domestic ATG/ALG combined with cyclosporine A.
