| 摘 要： | 目的比较凉山虫草与冬虫夏草在多糖含量上的差异，为凉山虫草的资源开发利用提供依据。方法采用苯酚-硫酸法，以葡萄糖为对照品，测定凉山虫草与冬虫夏草中多糖含量。结果凉山虫草样品多糖含量分别为1．30％、1．44％，冬虫夏草样品多糖含量分别为2．02％、2．27％。结论凉山虫草中含有丰富的多糖成分，含量低于冬虫夏草。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the polysaccharide content differences between cordyceps liangshanensis and cordyceps sinensis,providing basis for the development and utilization of C liangshanensis. Methods Phenol- sulfuric acid method was used, glucose was the standard, determining the content of polysaccharide. Results The contents of C liangshanensis samples were 1.30 %, 1.44 %, the contents of C sinensis samples were 2.02 %, 2.27 %. Conclusion The content of polysaccharide was rich in C liangshanensis,but lower than C sinensis. |
