脑苷肌肽改善阿尔兹海默氏病小鼠病情的机理分析

摘    要:目的通过检测脑苷肌肽对阿尔兹海默氏病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)小鼠的药理作用,观察其对于阿尔兹海默氏病病情改善情况,为建立AD临床治疗奠定理论基础。方法通过检测氧化应激水平和炎症细胞因子,结合硫磺素S染色和Morris水迷宫实验测试,观察脑苷肌肽对AD小鼠病情的影响。结果脑苷肌肽可以有效恢复部分因AD所导致的氧化应激水平及TNF-α的升高,减少大脑皮层的淀粉样斑块,提高学习记忆能力和空间位置定位能力得到提高。结论脑苷肌肽可以有效缓解AD小鼠病情,改善其神经功能,提高其记忆学习能力,可能是治疗AD的潜在药物。

Abstract:Objective To observe the impact of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection(CEGI)on the improvement of Alzheimer's disease(AD)in mice by detecting its pharmacological effects, therotical foundation for the establishment AD thrapies. Methods Biochemical, pathologic and immunologic methods were used to detect the oxidative stress and cytokines while thioflavine S staining for amyloid plaques and Morris water maze for behavior detection to test The improvement and effects of CEGI on AD in mice were observed by detecting. Results CEGI could inhibit the high level of oxidative stress and cytokines caused by AD and reduce the formation of amyloid plaques,together with the improvement of abilities of learning, memory and spatial location. Conclusions CEGI could remit the pathologic condition of AD mice and improve the function of nerve together with abilities of learning and memory. It may be one of the potential drugs for the treatment of AD.
