基层医生职业认同现状及其影响因素研究?

目的：调查分析四川省基层医生的职业认同及其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样的方法，对四川省250名基层医生(县医院、乡镇卫生院及社区卫生服务中心)进行职业认同调查。结果1)基层医生的职业认同程度较高，在各子因素中，基层医生的职业行为的得分最高，职业认知其次，其余依次为基层医生的职业价值观、职业期望、职业情感和职业承诺。2)收入(P =0.024)和现居地医疗状况(P <0.001)对医生的职业认同有影响。3)城镇基层医生和农村基层医生在职业行为(P =0.021)、职业承诺(P =0.046)和职业期望(P =0.004)上有差别。结论基层医生的职业认同较高，提高收入和改善现居地医疗环境，有助于提高基层医生的职业认同。

Present Situation of Primary Care Physicians′Professional Identity and Influencing Factors

Objective To investigate and analyze the professional identity and its influence factors of primary care physicians in Sichuan province.Methods Cluster sampling was used among 250 primary care physicians (PCPs)from county hospitals,township health centers and community health centers in Sichuan province.250 questionnaires were issued and 237 were collected back among which 237 questionnaires were effective with 94.8%recovery rate and 100% effective rate.Result In general,the level of PCPs′professional identity is high.Factors influencing the level of professional identity rank from high to low as follows:vocational behavior,vocational cognition,vocational values,vocational expectation and vocational commitments.Income(P = 0.024)and medical condition of PCPs′residence(P <0.001)is significant to their professional identity.There are differences between PCPs of urban areas and those of rural areas in terms of vocational behavior(P = 0.021 ),vocational commitment (P = 0.046 )and vocational expectation (P = 0.004 ).Conclusion The level of PCPs′ professional identity is generally high.Improving income and the medical condition of their residency can help improve their professional identity.
