地震后心理危机干预的介入刍议

目的对地震后心理危机干预的介入进行探讨，为地震后心理危机干预的介入提供科学依据。方法四川5．12大地震后心理救助实际经验结合理论进行分析。结论地震后的心理危机干预，在地震灾难后的急性应激阶段介入能够取得较好的效果，同时需要考虑相对后方的介入地点和生命安全得到保证，生理需要得到基本满足的介入人群。心理危机干预介入的措施包括心理支持和陪护、放松技术、心理宣泄以及严重事件晤谈。

Exploration of Intervening of Mental Crisis Intervention in Earthquake

Objective To provide the science evidence of the intervening of mental crisis intervention in earthquake. Method： The experience of mental crisis intervention in Sichuan 5.12 Earthquake were analyzed combining the theories of mental crisis intervention . Conclusions： The mental crisis intervention in earthquake will get good effect which it intervenes in acute stress stage. The intervening place and people are what we have to think about. The place should be sanctuary and the people should be whose lives are safe and whose basic needs have been satisfied. There are four measures in the intervening of mental crisis intervention in earth- quake. They are psychological supporting and company, ralaxation therapy, psychological catharsis and critical incident stress debriefing.
