汶川大地震灾民创伤后急性应激期心理危机干预的实践与研讨

汶川大地震发生后，作者随抗震心理救助队到达绵阳市九洲体育馆和南河体育中心两个临时灾民安置点，采用指导式干预，点面结合，对处于创伤后急性应激期的灾民实施心理危机干预。认为：灾难性心理危机干预，应在灾民创伤后急性应激期及时介入；坚持因人因时因地制宜的危机干预原则；充分发挥社会支持系统在危机干预中的作用；重视加强心理危机干预队伍的建设与管理。

Mental Crisis Intervention of Survivors in Acute Phase of Posttraumatic Stress from Wenchuan Earthquake

After Wenchuan Earthquake occurred in Sichuan, the authors on the mental rescuer team went to give mental aid to more than 70 000 survivors from the serious earthquake - stricken areas in Jiuzhou Stadium and Nanhe Sports Hall as extempore settlements for the survivors, applying intervention of the whole victims with special focus on serious cases by directive counseling. We strongly suggest that mental crisis intervention of disasters be conducted timely in posttraumatic acute stress phase under the guideline of intervention in accordance the general conditions of the victims, the local conditions of the settlement and other possibilities, and much importance be attached to social supporting system and constrnction of professional forces for psychological crisis intervention, and management as well.
