CRP基因多态性与hs-CRP的关系及与缺血性脑卒中的相关性分析

摘    要:目的 探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)基因多态性与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及缺血性脑卒中的相关性.方法 研究对象共146例,观察组73例,均为2011年9月~2013年10月来我院接受治疗的缺血性脑卒中患者,对照组73例,均为同期来我院进行健康体检者.比较两组患者性别、年龄、舒张压、收缩压、血糖(GLU)、胆固醇(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-L)、三酰甘油(TC)和2型糖尿病患者及高血压患者所占比例、血浆hs-CRP浓度指数及升高比例,分析CRP基因与hs-CRP浓度指数、缺血性脑卒中的相关性.结果 观察组2型糖尿病及高血压患者百分比、LDL-C水平、HDL-C水平、舒张压和收缩压均明显高于对照组,TC水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).观察组hs-CRP指数、hs-CRP升高比例均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).hs-CRP水平指数升高明显正相关于CRP基因rs3091244、rs3093059和rs876537(P〈0.05),缺血性脑卒中明显负相关于CRP基因rs3091244和rs3093059(P〈0.05).结论 CRP基因变异、血浆hs-CRP水平和缺血性脑卒中之间有明显的相关性,提示hs-CRP指数在缺血性脑卒中疾病发生过程中可能会升高.

Relationship Between hs-CRP and Ischemic Stroke

Abstract:Objective To investigate the C-reactive protein (CRP) gene polymorphism and hs CRP in ischemic stroke. Methods The subjects were 146 cases. The observation group(73 cases) was ischemic stroke patients from September 2011 to October 2013 in our hospital. The control group had 73 healthy patients came to our hospital at the same period. Two groups were compared by sex, age, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, serum GLU, TG, LDL-C, HDL L, TC and the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension, as well as the plasma hs CRP concentration index. The relationship between CRP gene expression and hs-CRP concentrations with ischemie stroke was analyzed. Results In observation group, the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, the percentage of patients with hypertension, LDI.-C levels, HDL C levels, diastolic and systolic blood pressure were significantly higher, TC was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). In observation group, hs-CRP concentration and hs-CRP index were higher than control group(P〈0.05). Elevated hs- CRP level index was positively correlated to CRP gene rs3091244, rs3093059, rs876537 (P〈0.05), ischemic stroke was negatively correlated to CRP gene rs3091244, rs3093059(P〈0.05). Conclusion CRP gene variants, plasma hs- CRP levels and ischemic stroke are closely related, suggesting that hs-CRP index elevation is associated with ischemic stroke development.
