摘    要:细胞内氧化还原状态的变化决定着氧化还原反应的发生方向,并通过一定的机制进行制衡。细胞膜以及细胞内分子的氧化或还原反应,导致发生结构或构象的改变,在细胞的信号转导、基因转录等过程中发挥重要的调控功能,对细胞生命活动产生着重要的影响。酪氨酸蛋白激酶与磷酸酶、丝苏氨酸激酶与磷酸酶、磷脂酶及其代谢产物、钙离子等重要信号分子可通过氧化还原反应介导细胞信号的传导。细胞内这种氧化还原信号传导体系受到复杂而灵敏的调控。目前在分子水平上进一步认识氧化还原状态对细胞调控的机制具有重要的意义。

Relationship Between Redox State and Cellular Signal Transduction

Abstract:The diection of cellular redox reaction was determined by redox state. Signal transduction,genetic transciption could be regulated by the change of cellular molecular structure through redox reaction.. Signal transduction could be mediated by redox reaction through protein tyrosine kinase/phosphatase, protein-serine-threonine kinases / phosphatase,phosholipase, calcium ion and other significant signaling molecules. The regulation of redox- signal transduction system was sensitive and complicated. It was important to realize the regulation mechanism of redox state on cellular molecular level.
