| Abstract: | Objective To observe the femoral nerve block and caudal block combined with ketamine-propofol intravenous anesthesia in anteromedial lower limb surgery in children.Methods 75 children who underwent anteromedial lower limb surgery were randomly divided into three groups：femoral nerve block combined with intravenous anesthesia group（group A,n=25）,caudal block combined with intravenous anesthesia group（group B,n=25）,simple intravenous anesthesia group（group C,n=25）.Results The circulation during operation in group A and B was more stable than those in group C（P0.05）,while body negative self-movement,laryngospasm,vomiting and other adverse reactions were less than that observed in group C（P0.05）.The patients in group A and B woke faster compared with group C（with significant difference,P0.05）.Conclusion The femoral nerve block,caudal block combined with intravenous anesthesia in anteromedial lower limb surgery in children has exact anesthesia effect and less adverse reactions. |
