蝙蝠葛酚性碱对BXPC-3肿瘤组织中MMP-2含量的影响

摘    要:目的观察蝙蝠葛酚性碱对BXPC-3肿瘤裸鼠免疫器官的影响和对BXPC-3裸鼠瘤组织中MMP-2表达的影响。方法建立BXPC-3肿瘤裸鼠的动物模型,检测蝙蝠葛酚性碱对裸鼠免疫器官指数的影响。应用S-P免疫组织化学方法,检测蝙蝠葛酚性碱对瘤组织MMP-2表达的影响。结果蝙蝠葛酚性碱对肿瘤裸鼠的免疫器官指数无明显影响。蝙蝠葛酚性碱可以降低BXPC-3肿瘤裸鼠瘤组织中MMP-2的含量,与模型组比较具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论蝙蝠葛酚性碱对BXPC-3肿瘤裸鼠的免疫器官无严重影响,其抑瘤作用可能与降低MMP-2含量有关。该研究为其在临床应用提供了一定的实验和理论依据。

The influence of PAMD on the content of MMP-2 in BXPC-3 tumour tissues

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of PAMD on the immune organs of BXPC-3 tumor-bearing nude and on the expression of MMP-2 in tumour tissues.Methods The metastatic tumor model of tumor-bearing nude was established with BXPC-3 cell line,the inhibition rate of tumor proliferation was detected after treatment with PAMD. Meanwhile,the effect on immune organ index was detected. Immunohistochemistry was carried out to confirm the expression of MMP-2 after treating tumor-bearing nude with PAMD.Results PAMD showed no remarkable effects on immune organ index. Meanwhile,PAMD could decrease the content of MMP-2 in tumour tissues of tumor-bearing nude,compared with the model control group with statistical significance (P〈0.05).Conclusion PAMD shows obvious inhibition effect on the tumor growth of tumor-bearing nude without serious adverse reaction. The anti-tumor mechanism of PAMD may be through decreasing the content of MMP-2 in tumour tissues of tumor-bearing nude,which provides stable scientific basis for reasonable exploiture and application in clinical practice.
