Ethics Perplexity and Value Orientation of the Special Elderly Patients during the Hospice Care

This article elaborates that the elderly patients in geriatric ward exist a mind of ethics perplexity in opposition to the biomedical ethics during the end of life care. To these patients in end of life care, the authors proposed that let establishing the correct notion of death to achieve the maximum benefit of value orientation; reflecting for mutual understanding to make the rights more human ; instilling the knowledge of health to lead their dependents walk out the misunderstanding of fairy value orientation. These measures all help to clarify the mind of ethics perplexity and value orientation in end of life care.
