| 摘 要： | 通过对京郊H区的乡村医疗卫生机构进行实地观察，了解乡（镇）、村二级医疗卫生机构的服务方式的途径与效果及其存在的问题，辨析村民就医需求、乡村医疗技术水平、医疗卫生政策制度和村落文化因素对其发展的影响，寻求促进乡村医疗卫生服务良性发展的对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the field survey on healthcare service method and effect in some rural heahhcare institutions of Beijing, this article analyzed the issues in the heahhcare service method, which were affected by villagers＇ health need ,medical technology, heahhcare policy and system, and village culture, and then put forward some suggestions to improve rural heahhcare service. |
