| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of noviciate medical students and the patients' requirements for private rights,this paper discussed how to protect patients' private rights in clinical teaching for noviciate medical students,systematically analyzed the insufficiency in legislation on protecting patients' privacy,and made some suggestions for further improvement. |
