医疗活动中的逐利行为对医患关系的影响及其伦理对策

Profit-oriented medical market economy is distorted in the field of medical treatment,which brings the miss of hospital management ethics.Medical corruption has a bad effect on hospital management ethics.Therefore,to be against the medical corruption,radically reform is needed and we should work from the headstream of construction of hospital management ethics of which the integrity should be paid attention to,the methodology of ethical construction in hospital management is required.We should be in the face of market in deed,and even surpass the market.The action of benefiting others at the medical market includes benefiting for others unselfish and benefiting for others for self.The medical health services assume the moral duty and have the requirement of seeking the benefit at the condition of market economy,public interest maximization,which is the basic goal of the health care service.At the same time,there are three measures to treat the medical paradigm lost,that is to say namely,to strengthen the sense of new ethics education,to innovate the medical administration system and to enact further laws and regulations.Seeking patients' interests even at the expense of the professionals' own interests is not an act of altruism but professional obligation.
