健康教育对护生艾滋病知识、态度和行为的影响

目的研究健康教育对实习护生艾滋病知识、态度和行为的影响。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法,抽取实习护生235人作为研究对象进行调查,对其进行为期2个月的艾滋病知识健康教育,教育前后调查护生关于艾滋病的基础理论知识、个人防护知识及对HIV/AIDS患者的态度及行为。结果被调查护生在进行健康教育后知识总分有显著提高,差异有统计学意义（t=8.776,P〈0.001）,但是部分12个项目的得分教育前后无显著性差异（P〉0.05）;护生对HIV/AIDS患者的态度及行为方面,经过相应的艾滋病健康教育后,均有明显改善（P〈0.05）。结论健康教育能显著提高护生对艾滋病的认知水平,改善护生对艾滋病患者的态度,为患者提供高质量的服务。

Effect of Health Education on the AIDS knowledge,Attitude and Behavior of Nursing Undergraduates

Objective：To study the influence of health education on nursing students′ AIDS knowledge,attitude and behavior.Methods： Two hundred and thirty-five nursing students were recruited based on cluster sampling for this study,and AIDS knowledge education for two months was offered.Nursing students′ AIDS knowledge,attitude and behavior were investigated by special questionnaire around the AIDS knowledge education.Result： The total scores of AIDS knowledge and attitude among the respondents after health education were improved significantly（t=8.776,P〉0.001）,but no significant difference on 12 items in attitude part were shown between before and after the education.Conclusion： Health education has obvious effect on AIDS knowledge and attitude among nursing undergraduates.And meanwhile the high-quality service scan be offered for the patients.
