| 摘 要： | 构建和谐医患关系，既不是简单地使用“医德”口号去谴责医生的道德缺失，也不是从制度的层面上进行没完没了的条例修补，而是要用科学的态度，从认识论和方法论入手，提高医务工作者对医学的完整认识。医生要有人本观念，要有仁慈胸怀，要有全面关心患者身心和社会适应能力的意识，既要关心住院期间的医疗，也要关心出院后的生活质量；医生要全面、深刻地认识医学，提高医疗技术，提高服务质量。
