| 摘 要： | 目的探讨工作压力和生活紧张度对高校教师血压的影响。方法采取现场集中调查的方式，对高校在职教师进行工作压力和生活紧张度的问卷调查和测量血压，采用有序分组资料的线性趋势检验进行统计分析。结果高校教师工作压力和生活紧张度与血压之间不仅存在相关关系且为线性关系（线性回归分量P〈0．005，偏离线性回归分量P〉0．05）。结论高校教师血压随着工作压力和生活紧张度的增高而增高，高校医务工作人员应针对教师人群的血压特点，构建有效的心理支持系统，采取综合性防治干预措施。
