| 摘 要： | 通过了解护理专业学生对目前所开设人文课程的意见及对人文素质教育的评价和要求，为构建有助于培养护生人文素质的教学模式提供依据。采用自编的护生人文需求翟教育现状调查问卷，从三方面进行考察。结果显示：护生人文知识缺乏的同时，护理教育中社会人文课程的设置存在一定的缺陷。因此，对护理专业学生的培养还要不断深化教学改革，应结合护理课程的特点，把人文教育渗透其中并进行课程的有效改革，构建有助于培养护生人文素质的教学模式。
