| 摘 要： | 保护个人隐私是维系人格尊严和个性自由不可缺少的重要条件，保护患者的隐私权具有历史渊源和现实意义。甲型H1H1流感患者面临隐私被暴露的危险，保护其隐私权有利于社会公共利益，同时也可以得到伦理学上的充分辩护。

| Abstract: | Protection for privacy is the guarantee for sustaining personal dignity and individual liberty. Protection for patients＇ privacy has a long history and is of great realistic significance. However, patients with A H1N1 Influenza are facing the risk of exposing privacy in current circumstances. This paper argues that the privacy protection for this particular population is beneficial both for social and public interests, and also can be justified from an ethical perspective. |
