| Abstract: | Hospital humanism management is an important idea of modern hospital management.The core of hospital humanism manage is the people-centered principle,which is to explore the resources of humanism and culture within hospitals,and promote to realize the target of hospital and the individual smoothly. This article put great emphasis on the positive effects and the exiting problems of the hospital humanism management in current situation. |
