| 摘 要： | 创新型国家建设需要创新型人才。高等医学院校加强医学人文教育是培养创新型医学人才的要求，而当前高等医学院校人文教育现状制约医学创新人才的培养。从建立以人文课程为基础的全程人文教育体系，强化专业教师人文教育功能等方面加强医学人文教育，培养创新型医学人才。

| Abstract: | The construction of an innovative nation calls for creative talents.Therefore,medical humanities education should be enhanced in higher medical institutions to nurture innovative medical personnel,but the current institution of higher medical humanities education constrains the training of medical innovative personnel.This paper puts forwards countermeasures to cultivate medical innovative talents by establishing over-the-course humanities curriculum-based education system,and strengthening the educational function of the humanities teaching professionals,such as teachers in order to strengthen medical humanities education. |
