| 摘 要： | 生殖医学服务的对象是一个特殊群体——不孕不育患者。临床实践中，加强培养实习生与患者的沟通能力，在提高患者对不孕不育症的认识、融洽医患关系、改善患者依从性的同时，也可以使实习生得到患者的信任，获得更多的实践机会。这对于促进医患良性互动的形威，践行“生物-心理-社会”医学模式有重要意义。
