| 摘 要： | 医学人文素质教育是帮助医学生学会从医学、道德、法律、伦理等多个角度发现、思考和解决实际工作中遇到的问题，从而更好地适应社会、服务社会。目前高职医学人文素质教育不容乐观，主要表现在知识、能力、修养三个层面。高职院校应从医学教育工作者积极树立医学人文素质教育理念、提升教师人文素质、系统设置人文课程体系等多方面，加强医学人文素质教育，努力把医学生培养成为适应社会发展需求的具有人文精神的合格医学人才。
