医患关系作为社会系统的重要组成部分，在创建互助友爱的卫生环境中起着先导性和基础性作用。但当前医患关系却不容乐观，因社会、伦理道德等因素的影响，各种医患矛盾正在成为阻碍构建和谐社会的主要问题之一。为了让医学回归“医本仁术”的本性，还患者以尊重，给医生以尊严，找回医患世界久违的温情，医院必须从管理层面重视人文关怀。并用以指导构建和谐的医患关系。
