| 摘 要： | 目前我国医疗行业从业人员职业精神整体水平不佳，严重影响了我国医疗行业的健康发展和对群众的公信力。因此，必须调整我国医疗人才培养过程中的职业精神培养模式，在医疗人才内心树立职业精神意识。在医疗人才培养过程中最为重要的医学生阶段，如何培养医学生的职业精神已经成为亟须解决的问题之一。

| Abstract: | In present China, the overall level of professionalism of medical staff is poor, which seriously affected the healthy development of Chinese medical industry and its credibility among general public. Therefore, the training mode of professionalism for medical personnel should be adjusted, to establish a sense of professionalism inside the mind of medical personnels. Medical schools share a critical role in training medical students the spirit of medical professionalism. |
