摘    要:目的探索医学研究生的医德教育现状及对策。方法采用自制量表对同济大学附属第一妇婴保健院和同济大学附属同济医院的医学研究生进行问卷调查,共发放问卷87份,回收有效问卷84份。采用SAS9.1软件进行分析。结果对于医学誓言的了解程度、在医患关系沟通能力上和是否勇于冲到一线上,女生高于男生(P〈0.05,P〈0.05,P〈0.01);在医患沟通和是否勇于冲到一线上随着年龄增长而增加(P〈0.01,P〈0.05);在责任心上随着年龄的增长而降低(P〈0.01);在对于医德规范和医学生誓言的了解上独生子女略低于非独生子女(P〈0.05);博士生相对于硕士生更注重个人利益(P〈0.05)。结论医德教育的主流意识是积极的,但形势依然严峻。要培养具有高尚医德的医学研究生,需要加强他们的医德教育,并改善教育方法。

Abstract:Objective:To probe the situation and strategies of medical Graduate ethical education.Methods:The self-made scale was used to questionnaires for the graduates in the first health care hospital of women and infants and Tongji hospital affiliated Tongji University.A total of questionnaires is 87 copies,and received 84 valid questionnaires copies.All receive copies were analyzed with SAS9.1 software.Results:In the understanding degree for the medical oath,in the ability of doctor-patient relationship communication and whether or not to rush to the first line,The score of girls are higher than boys(P0.05,P0.05,P0.01);The scores in doctor-patient communication and whether the courage to rush to a line was increased with the age growth(P0.01,P0.05);In the responsibility sense was reduced with age growth(P 0.01);in understanding for medical ethical norm and medical the oath only children students slightly lower than the only-child children(P 0.05);Doctoral students relative to the master pay more attention to the individual interests(P 0.05).Conclusion:The mainstream consciousness of medical ethics education is positive,but it is still severe.To foster a noble medical graduate student,we need to strengthen their medical ethics education and to improve education method.
