医学院校加强学生人道主义精神教育的研究

部分医务人员人道主义精神的缺失、道德素养的下降成为医患矛盾日益激化的一个重要原因。由于社会整体教育观念和教育制度以及高等医学院校在教育观念及其模式方面存在的问题，使得人道主义精神教育理念没有在高等医学院校得到很好的实践。因此，加强医学院校学生人道主义精神的教育，确立和实践人道主义精神的教育理念，培养和提高教师的人道主义素养，强化人文社会学科的引领作用，对于维护公众的生命和健康以及促进医疗卫生事业的和谐发展都有着重要的价值和意义。

Research on Strengthening Humanitarian Spirit Education for Medical Students

Under certain circumstances, the decline of medical staff＇s humanitarianism spirit and morality manifests as a major reason for the ever tensioning conflict between doctors and patients. Due to the imperfection in the whole social educational idea and system as well as the higher medical educational idea and system, the humanitarianism spirit educational idea has not been well applied. Therefore, it is of great significance for protecting public health and promoting the harmonious development of healthcare industry to strengthen the humanitarianism spirit education among medical students, establish and practice humanitarianism spirit educational idea, improve teacher＇s humanitarianism accomplishment, and strengthen the guiding and directing function of humanities and social subjects.
