| Abstract: | The case of LI Li - yun involves the right of life, the right of informed consent and the special right to intervene from the inspection of right. By analyzing the concepts of three kinds of rights and discussing the conflicts between the right of informed consent, the right of life, and the special right to intervene, it presents the principles of equity of right and the measures of legal insurance which are essential conditions to end this kind of tragedy. |
