| Abstract: | Building a harmonious physician -patient relationship is an important link of building a harmonious socialist society. Psychological contract is the key factor of feeling, attitude and efficiency in economic organization, and widely used in many fields. Psychological contract also exists in physician - patient relationship. Investigating the concept of psychological contract in physician - patient relationship and its application is meaningful in both theoretical and practical aspects. |
