尊重人格尊严保障患者权利

本文依据国内外关于保障患者权利的相关法律、法规和论著，结合当前的医疗实践和社会对医学伦理发展的客观需求，重点论述了对患者人格尊严、自主选择权、疾病认知和敌情同意权、保密权等各项权利的尊重，对医患双方经济利益冲突导致的医学伦理扭曲、对新时期人们期待的医患关系做了有益的探讨，燕着眼于减少因损害患者权利医疗纠纷，提出加强医德医风建设、提高医疗服务质量的建议。

Respecting Personal Dignity and Safeguard Patients Rights

Based on Laws ,regulations and books related to safeguard patients rights ,and the current medical practice and the public objective demands on the development of medical ethics ,this paper emphatically states that patients personal dignity,their rights of voluntary choice rights of knowing the situation of illness and consent,rights of privacy and other rights should be respected.The paper also explores the expected relationship between the doctors and patients in new era and the problem that economic conflict of interests between doctors and patients leads to the distortion of medical ethics;furthermore,it puts forward suggestions that the establishment of medical morals should be strengthened and the quality of medical treatment should be raised with the view of decreasing the medical dispute caused by infringement of patients rights.
