活动平板运动试验与冠状动脉造影诊断冠心病的临床对照研究

目的:将活动平板运动试验(TET)的结果与冠状动脉造影(CAG)的结果对照,探讨活动平板运动试验对冠心病诊断的价值。方法:对61例冠心病和可疑冠心病患者同期进行活动平板运动试验和冠状动脉造影检查,并对其结果进行对比。结果:活动平板运动试验诊断冠心病的敏感度80.56%、特异度68.00%、阳性预测值为78.38%、符合率为75.41%。多支病变平板运动试验阳性率高于单支病变(P<0.05)。结论:活动平板运动试验是目前诊断冠心病比较理想的非创伤性检查方法,尤其对多支血管病变患者。

Contrast study between treadmill exercise test and coronary angiography in diagnosis of coronary heart disease

Objective:To determine the diagnostic value of treadmill exercise test(TET)in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD)by comparing the diagnostic conclusion with coronary angiography(CAG). Methods:61 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and suspected CHD underwent treadmill exercise test and coronary angiography (CAG), and the diagnostic conclusions were compared. Results: The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and agreement rate in diagnosis of CHD by treadmill exercise test were 80.56%,68.00%, 78.38% and 75.41%, respectively. The patients with multi-vessel diseased had a higher positive rate of TET as compared with those with single diseased vessel(P<0.05). Conclusion:The treadmill exercise test is valuable in noninvasive diagnosis of CHD, especially for patients with multi-vessel diseased.
