胃肠道间质瘤的CT诊断

目的:探讨胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)的CT表现特征及诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术和病理证实的14例胃肠道间质瘤患者的CT影像学资料和临床资料。结果:肿瘤位于胃部9例,十二指肠1例,空肠2例,回肠1例,胃肠道外1例。14例中恶性7例,交界性4例,良性3例。CT表现为腔内外肿块,最大径范围1～23cm,<5cm者5例,≥5cm者9例,呈类圆形、不规则形,密度均匀及不均匀,增强后实性部分中度强化至明显强化。瘤内点状钙化灶3例。结论:GIST的CT表现具有一定特点,对诊断有重要价值。

Computerized tomography in diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors

Objective：To examine the specific features of CT in diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors（GIST）and assess the diagnostic value.Methods：The CT imaging and the clinical data were reviewed and analyzed in 14 patients with GIST confirmed post-operatively and pathologically.Results：The localization of the tumor was stomach in 9,duodenum in 1,jejunum in 2,ileum in 1 and extra gastrointestinal site in 1.Of the 14 cases of GIST,7 were malignant,4,borderline tumor,and 3,benign.CT showed the tumors as exogenous or endogenous mass of 1~23 cm,5 of them were less than 5 cm and 9 over 5 cm in diameter and shaped roundish and irregular,with homogeneous and inhomogeneous appearance.The solid tumor was characterized by moderate or enhanced imaging with contrast-enhanced scan.Punctuate calcification focus was seen in 3 cases of the GIST.Conclusion：GIST shows itself certain specific features on CT image,and CT is of great value in diagnosis of this disease.
