非脱垂子宫经阴道与经腹全切除术临床效果对比分析

目的:探讨非脱垂良性病变的子宫施行经阴道与经腹全子宫切除术两种术式的临床效果。方法:分析整理我院妇产科2008～2010年非脱垂子宫行全子宫切除术的76例患者病例资料,根据术式分为腹式与阴式两组,比较两组患者的术中和术后情况。结果:两组病例均成功完成手术,经阴道全子宫切除术的术后病率低、术中出血少、肛门排气早、术后镇痛少、离床活动早,术后平均住院时间短,但手术时间较经腹全子宫切除术延长;术后并发症两组无明显差异。结论:较之经腹全子宫切除而言,非脱垂子宫经阴道全切除术是安全有效的,具有微创、恢复快、副作用小,腹部无疤痕等优点,决定采用何种方式应根据术者的技术水平和患者的需要决定。

Clinical outcomes of transabdominal or transvaginal hysterectomy in treatment of non-prolapsed uterus
