肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗中晚期原发性肝癌体会

目的:探讨中晚期原发性肝癌肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗的疗效。方法:对失去手术指征的53例中晚期原发性肝癌患者行经肝动脉化疗栓塞术,治疗后评价疗效并随访3年,观察其生存率。结果:53例患者多数病例症状改善,生活质量明显提高,1年、2年及3年以上生存率分别为75.5%、18.9%、5.6%。结论:对无手术指征的中晚期原发性肝癌患者,肝动脉化疗栓塞术是行之有效的治疗方法。

Experience of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in patients with advanced primary liver cancer

Objective:To assess the clinical efficacy of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) for the treatment of patients with primary hepatic cancer in mid-late stage.Methods:Fifty-three patients beyond surgical options were managed with TACE and followed up for consecutive 3 years for the survival rate.Results:Majority of the 53 patients were improved greatly in both symptoms and quality of life after the interventional radiology procedure.The survival of 1,2 or 3 was 75.5%,18.9% and 5.6%,respectively.Conclusion:TACE can be favorable considerations for patients with primary hepatic carcinoma in advanced stage,should they have gone beyond surgical resection.
